The amount for your order will not be charged until your order is shipped from Le Pirol.
Prices are shown in DKK, € and $. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. Tax-free shopping on lepirol.com is not available.
Le Pirol reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We however take reservations for typing errors.
To ensure that the most accurate pricing and delivery costs are displayed, we recommend that you click on the link at the top of our website and select your country from the list of shipping destinations.
The following shipping rates will be applied depending on your shipping destination:
Shipping rates & delivery time to DENMARK:
Standard delivery time 2-3 days
Shipping rates & delivery to countries within EU:
GLS, DPD or DHL home courier service
Standard delivery time: 4-9 days
Shipping rates & delivery time WORLDWIDE:
DHL home courier service
Standard delivery time 5-11 days.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders delivered to countries outside the EU fiscal (VAT) area will not have VAT (DK Tax) charged on them. Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which Le Pirol cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted the amount refunded to you.
Le Pirol gladly accept returns but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. Items should be returned new and unused.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes or import duties incurred. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
Christmas presents can be exchanged until 20th of January 2022.
